(in English, Limerick) is an indy lake town located in An Mumhain, Ireland (Ville franche) currently held under control by the NNGO.

As of October 3rd, 1457, Luimneach is now a free city, having been flipped indy from An Mumhain by the NNGO Obscene Outlaw Party Squad (Oops) army. General Donnor Tudor of the Oops army is the current mayor of Luimneach.
